Chocolate Yogurt Chocolate Chip Toast

Did you know sometimes Kroger carries accidentally vegan chocolate chip bread? Neither did I. That is, until recently. I’m not usually a big “sweets for breakfast” type person, but this really hit the spot. What is nice about this combo is that the chocolate coconut milk yogurt (you could also use Silk’s Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Milk Yogurt) and raspberries add a bit of sour or tart to the sweet bread and bananas. Making this a great option for when you want something sweet but not too sweet.

Toast your bread to your preferred level of toasted–I’m a light to medium shade of brown toasted type of gal–spread your desired yogurt and top with your desired fruit. It actually is that simple. But so delicious! See what I did there. 😉

  • 2 Slices Chocolate Chip Bread
  • 1 5.3 oz container So Delicious Chocolate Coconut Milk Yogurt
  • 1 Sliced banana, Optional
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries or any berries, Optional

Directions

  • 1)

    Toast your chocolate chip bread. While the bread is toasting, slice your banana or any other desired fruits.

  • 2)

    Top your toast with chocolate yogurt and berries.

  • 3)

    Enjoy!
