Delicious, customizable bean & cheese burritos made in minutes in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium - Large Flour tortillas, (I typically use whole wheat, but any flour tortillas will work.)
  • 1 Can Vegetarian Refried Beans
  • 1 Cup Vegan Shredded Cheese, (More may be needed depending on prefernce.)
  • Red Taco Sauce, (I use the mild Taco Bell sauce.)

Method

  • 1)

    Start by adding a few spoons of refried beans to your tortilla.

  • 2)

    Add cheese & sauce (and any additional fillings) to taste.

  • 3)

    Roll your burritos, starting by folding one end, rolling, and folding in the sides as you go.

  • 4)

    Place your burritos in the air fryer. Cook at 400 (F) for 8-12 minutes until brown. Caution: they will be hot!

  • 5)

    Eat as is or add additional toppings–avocado, salsa, vegan sour cream–and enjoy!
